HOW WE OPERATE
Directors and staff manage the day-to -day operations of PACC. A Parent Management Committee governs and oversees the Centre. The Committee is made up of parent volunteers and the Director. The Committee makes decisions about the service and meets regularly according to PACC’s constitution.
PACC is a community owned not-for-profit registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC). We re-invest all operational profits into the centre in the form of:
building improvements
new equipment
staff training
a greater range of activities for the children to enjoy.
PACC is an association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW). As an incorporated association, PACC is registered with NSW Fair Trading and the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC). EVery parent whose child uses PACC (either for out of school hours or vacation care) is eligible for membership of PACC.
PACC is also a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. The Centre complies with its obligations under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Comission Act 2012 (Cth),
